The purpose of this campaign is to attract potential buyers to an annual event where they will have the opportunity to tour homes under construction, learn about the build process, and meet Toll Brothers sales consultants, project managers, and construction managers.

Tour from Anywhere

This campaign, currently in development, will promote the option of taking a virtual tour of a given Toll Brothers home (on a computer, mobile phone, or tablet). While previous messaging around virtual tours related to COVID-19 concerns, my headline (“tour from anywhere”) emphasizes ease and convenience.

Moving Made Easy

This campaign, also currently in development, will promote a concierge moving service for home buyers. Since the logistics of coordinating a move can be intimidating for many potential buyers, the intention is to remove this obstacle while providing a luxury experience.
